ServiceGo is a technology platform that connects customers with authorized service centers and delivery partners for two-wheeler service and maintenance.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information regarding their identity and vehicle details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

• Charges for services are displayed in the App prior to booking.
• Online payments are processed via third-party payment aggregators.
• You agree to pay for the services rendered as per the confirmed price or updated service estimate provided by the service center.

5. Service and Logistics

ServiceGo acts as a facilitator. Actual repair work is performed by the selected service center. Pickup and delivery are handled by independent delivery partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

ServiceGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services provided by third-party partners.
