Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Customers can cancel a booking before the vehicle has been picked up by the delivery partner. No cancellation fee applies in this stage. However, once the vehicle is picked up, a nominal cancellation fee may be charged to cover logistics costs.

2. Refunds

If a service is cancelled after payment, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please note that once the service is completed by the service center, no refunds will be provided for the labor or parts used.

3. Incorrect Charges

In case of any discrepancies in the bill or multiple deductions for the same order, please contact our support team at servicego4user@gmail.com with relevant proof. Verified excess charges will be refunded promptly.

4. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes related to service quality or refunds, customers are encouraged to reach out to us directly through the support channel in the App.
