For services booked with "Pickup & Delivery," a delivery partner will arrive at your location at the scheduled time (+/- 30 minutes) to pick up your vehicle. After the service is completed, the vehicle will be delivered back to your selected drop-off address.
The standard time for service completion is 4-8 working hours, depending on the service type and parts availability. Logistics (pickup and drop) typically take 45-60 minutes each way, depending on the distance from the service center.
Verification is done via OTP (One-Time Password) shared in your App. Please share the OTP with the delivery partner only when you have handed over or received the vehicle.
ServiceGo currently operates in selected cities. The availability is checked based on your current location or pickup address provided during booking.
