By accessing or using the ServiceGo mobile application ("App") or website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ServiceGo is a platform that connects customers with service centers and delivery partners for two-wheeler (bike and scooter) service and maintenance. Our services include:
- Service Booking: Customers can book bike/scooter services through the App
- Pickup & Delivery: Doorstep pickup and delivery of vehicles for service
- Service Management: Service centers can manage orders, technicians, and inventory
- Payment Processing: Secure payment processing for services
- Order Tracking: Real-time tracking of service orders
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
4. Service Booking and Orders

- Service bookings are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion
- Service prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Actual service costs may vary based on vehicle condition and required repairs
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash. Payment must be completed as per the payment terms specified during booking.
5.2 Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include applicable taxes unless specified
- Service costs are based on vehicle type, service type, and distance
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Ensure vehicle is accessible for pickup
- Be available for delivery at the scheduled time
- Pay for services as agreed
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the App for any illegal purpose, violate any laws, transmit viruses or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the App, use automated systems without permission, impersonate others, or harass users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
9. Insurance and Vehicle Damage
ServiceGo maintains insurance coverage for vehicles during transport. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes through our customer support first.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
